It's kind of ingrained in my head that the dealership is the most expensive place you can go to get your vehicle maintained. Dealerships are a "necessary evil" for your newer car right? A recent recall, however, had me bring in my Civic and Jonker was the closest. Quite surprisingly I found myself back at Jonker two more times in the following days taking care of other little problems. Chris went online and actually tried to find cheaper tires for me. Colin questioned my inquiry into buying a new power steering pump and cringed more than I did when the price came up! He mentioned a few alternatives. Chris chimed back in and told me I probably didn't need one and that the new tires plus a [discounted] alignment would do the trick. It did. Chris and Colin seem to operate from the customer's perspective. It's kind of weird. It's supposed to be us vs them right? More

Good service The woman that helped me at the front counter was courteous and helpful (I do not recall who it was exactly but I think it was Carina Dierks).
