Sometimes is frustrating to buy a car but this guys made it a really pleasant experience. More

I requested to see the service manager, regarding my previous visit requiring a 2nd replacement of the battery. The last one lasting only 18 months. The whole idea of the warranty going back to the initial purchase of my original battery in 2009, is ludicrious. After all, if I purchased a new car from you, would you then say that the warranty on my new car, went back to the original date of the previous car purchased. Of course not! Honda, needs to be aware that Sears offers a full 3year free replacment battery on a 9 year prorated battery life. Now that is a service centre that I will certainly be referring to, should I require another battery. Sad, because I have always preferred Honda parts for my car, but will no longer for it's battery! Catrina Dierks, took the time to explain in detail that a weekly trickle charge to the battery, would help to retain it's power. This I now do! More
