Wasn't sure if what car I wanted but my husband and I were looking around then Emmanuel came out and asked us what kind of a car We were looking for and voila .The brand new Honda Civic fully loaded . Truly Emmanuel was my angel. He was very polite fun and very patient and informative/ knowledgeable with the product that he was selling. I would recommend him to my family and friends. And I bet he had fun too for he was laughing with us. We felt at ease with him. More

"Jill" took me to a waiting area with coffee and newspapers where I waited for 1 hour while they replaced my brakes which were very badly worn, 111,000 miles on them! Not only did they repair my brakes but they washed my car and vacuumed the interior as well! The cost was much lower than I expected...so what can I say? The staff, the service and the "bill" were all more than awesome...in fact I would have to say my experience with Jonker Honda was really "Amazing"! I will not be going anywhere else for service on this vehicle ever! They are worthy of my loyalty! More

Oil Leak I took my Civic in for an oil leak near one of the plugs on the valve cover. A brand new Civic with 10,000 Kms. I told the service advisor where the I took my Civic in for an oil leak near one of the plugs on the valve cover. A brand new Civic with 10,000 Kms. I told the service advisor where the leak was. I decided to get my first oil change at the same time. I left the car and received a call in an hour saying they could not find the oil leak. I had to drive back to the dealer to show the advisor and the technician where the leak was. Exactly where I told them to look. The technician said they would clean up the area and I could see if it continued after that. I told them it was a brand new car and it should not have an oil leak. The advisor convinced the technician to replace the valve cover gasket. So, two hours later I had to drive back to the dealer again to pick up the car. No apology from the advisor about the service, so I complained to him about it. He then apologized and said the oil change was $89. No offer to cover the oil change or give me a discount for wasting my time. I then complained to the manager who was just trying to get rid of me. She said the oil change on the B service will be free next time. Providing I pay for the other costs of the B service. I'm not convinced that the oil leak has been fixed and I'm not looking forward to bringing the car back there. Maybe White Rock Honda next time. My impression of the whole oil leak issue was they thought it was a hassle and wanted me to go away. I'm sure warranty work is not there money maker, but, your representing Honda people! More

Eric Solis was my salesperson and he was very knowledgeable and even helped set up our phones when he showed us how to work some of the cool features. More
