Service was quick.........they did forget to clean our car We dropped off our car for a regular maintenance appointment and Miguel was friendly and helpful. He called us when it was ready and I commented that it was much faster than the original time I was quoted. Got in the car and figured out why because the dealership didn't clean the car. They usually did this the last couple of service appointments I had here but very obviously forgot this time. I told Miguel and he wanted to make it right but I, unfortunately had another appointment to get to so he told me to bring it by anytime and he would make sure it was done. The last time I got my car serviced here they cleaned it but forgot to reset the service minder on the instrument panel. That required me to once again to make another trip back again to get it taken care of. As I stated, Miguel was excellent to deal with and I understand that he can't control the quality of the work completed in the shop and he really tried to make things right and it is for this reason that I will give Jonker one more chance on my next scheduled maintenance appointment before I go somewhere else to get my CRV serviced. More
Servicing I asked mic my car could be vacuumed. Willing to pay the extra money and was told that they always vacuum the cars with servicing and wash them. It wa I asked mic my car could be vacuumed. It was a very poor job done...didn't even look like it was vacuumed and the outside of the car was still filthy. Plus the oil change was pricier than if I had gone somewhere else. More

Driver door window motor. Window stuck completely open. Two items needed to be replaced, and the Honda system showed them to be available. I left car overnight and returned the next day to find the parts ha Two items needed to be replaced, and the Honda system showed them to be available. I left car overnight and returned the next day to find the parts had been sent elsewhere. I now have a wait of up to 4 weeks, possibly including needing to leave the vehicle in a public car park for 10 days. The car is 10 years old and has been serviced at Jonker since new, first problem. The service consultant offered a couple of options, but sometimes less is better. Fortunately duct tape is mans best friend! Look after parts availability better. Not very good, Honda Canada. More

In answer to my question he walked me out to my car and looked at the issue. And taught me another detail to beware of. I must say, that every time I come for service, I learn a new thing about my car and how to manage it.. Honda, I'm really trusting you to take care of my car, like my late husband did.
