Rear brakes We were travelling from the Prairies to Vancouver when our brakes started making a horrible noise as we drove. We called ahead on Wednesday morning and we were able to make an appointment for that afternoon and were assured that Jonker's had the parts and the time to fix them. As we needed a ride to our meeting - which was further than the shuttle could take us - our service man arranged a car from Enterprise and Jonker's paid half. It was great not to have to worry about any if the logistics. More

I dealt with Rael who is very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. He did not pressure me with the sale and gave me honest opinions and recommendations. He is easy to talk to and he appreciates my business. The after sale service is superb. Since I am not a techy woman, I text or call him and he will help me with any questions I have regarding my new Honda. This is a month after I bought my vehicle. I will recommend Rael to all my family and friends. More

One of the items I wanted dealt with on my last visit was replacing the license plate holder on the front of my car. Someone had backed into it and broken the plastic. I wasn't charge for labour, but the holder and parts was 50.00. I thought that was a bit steep considering that it's advertising for Jonker and to their benefit that I replaced it with their equipment rather than an after-sales item from somewhere else. Just a thought. More
Communication with advisor was poor When I booked my appointment for B2 (2.5 hours) service I mentioned my brakes were pulsing. I was told a brake inspection was part of the service. When I dropped off my car and the advisor mentioned there would be a brake inspection I said that was good because the brakes need attention. I was expecting a phone call to tell me the brakes needed work, but no call was made. at the 3 hour mark I approached the counter where I was informed the mechanic was reassembling the car and it would be ready soon. I asked about the brakes and was told they were fine. When I asked what was causing the pulsing he didn't know what I was talking about. Only the brake pads were inspected, nothing more, despite me mentioning they needed attention twice. "I wish you had mentioned..." he said. The car had to have a test drive, the rotors needed to be machined. 2 more hours in the shop. Then I get home and can't engage the emergency brake because it was over tight. I believe the service was good, other than the emergency brake, but the communication failed. More
