Good Service but LONG wait! I have no complaints about the actual service - I was warned when I dropped off my van that I might need my tires rotated and I was surprised when the I have no complaints about the actual service - I was warned when I dropped off my van that I might need my tires rotated and I was surprised when the decision was made that it was unnecessary...I was pleased not to have to spend addition money. My timing quote however was WAY off. When I was called to book the service I was told it would be one hour. When I dropped my van off I was told it would be TWO hours so I had my husband come and pick me up. Upon going at the two hour mark I was told it still was not ready and waiting an additional 45 mins. Almost three hours for a "one hour" service is a very long time on a Saturday which forced me to have to make last min arrangements for my kids etc. More
From Good to Bad and Then Back Again Brought my car in for a recall and a failed DRL sensor - dealt w/ Greg - car came back and now my horn was honking when doors were closed or went over Brought my car in for a recall and a failed DRL sensor - dealt w/ Greg - car came back and now my horn was honking when doors were closed or went over a bump and clip had been broken on the case over my steering column. Called service back - again Greg - service provided was less than adequate - he begrudgingly agreed to bring my car back and have it fixed the next day as he had to order a part. When I went to pick up car - spoke to Catrina - explained what had happened - Catrina was very professional - listened to my concerns and complaints - spoke directly to the mechanic and agreed that my car should be repaired at no cost to me. Took my car back the next day - dealt with Miguel - was very professional. I felt that my concerns had been heard and dealt with. The bright spot through this whole ordeal was Cliff - the gentleman the drives your shuttle service. He was pleasant and professional and a definite asset to Jonker Honda! More
Winter Tires Installed - Seamless Service 2 years ago I purchased winter tires on rims at Jonker Honda, taking advantage of the Michelin rebate offer at the time, and I have my tires changed s 2 years ago I purchased winter tires on rims at Jonker Honda, taking advantage of the Michelin rebate offer at the time, and I have my tires changed spring and fall. It has proven to be a great way to go. The service this week was seamless, as it always is. Andrea checked my records to make sure I did not need any other updates at this time. The complimentary car wash with every service appointment is a real plus. I am now an employee of Jonker Honda (2 years), but I have been servicing my vehicles with the Jonker Auto Group for 23 years, and have always been happy with the results. More
Adequate Fine for oil change...rotated the tires...checked brake system. However; took off brakes (that were fine) and they stated that the pads cracked, there Fine for oil change...rotated the tires...checked brake system. However; took off brakes (that were fine) and they stated that the pads cracked, therefore needed new ones. The brakes worked before they were inspected. I was forced to pay for new brake pads. Next time they ask for the "B" service I will refuse. More
A pleasure to be a returning customer. Frank Lamiel and Cliff Perlman were AWESOME to dealt with and happy to recommend them to others. Kelly, Linda and Victoria were equally pleasant also. reliable service We took 2 cars for servicing 2007 & 2012 Honda Civic where both cars were due for oil change only however 2007 needed to be looked at as it was making We took 2 cars for servicing 2007 & 2012 Honda Civic where both cars were due for oil change only however 2007 needed to be looked at as it was making an unusual noise. Jill was the service rep at Jonker Honda who explained that this needed to be checked by a technician in order to diagnose the problem. We received a call from Jill a hour later explaining the problem and what repars were required the cost, time required etc. We decided to proceed and the car was fixed the same day! 2 places for service improvement are :almost impossible to get appointments in that week, and exterior of cars are not washed well after the service More
