Our Initial Alignment check which we do on every car for free in our Service Drive Thru is the key indicator that your car was out of alignment. Once you agree that we should do a more thorough Check, then we move to using our dedicated Alignment hoist to diagnose both the cause and severity of the issue. In your Case the diagnosis was that the alignment issue wasn't serious or adjustable. Alignments are checked on every visit for FREE due to the fact that your car can get out alignment from a number of different factors regardless of time of mileage. Serious Potholes, curbs and speed bumps can throw your alignment out of line.
