In the past Catrina took care of a issue with the carpet mats that were getting holes in them every 8 months and she with out hesitation replaced with the all weather rubber mats. That totally covered my concern and I've been completely satisfied. More

Service I went in for a B1 Service call. Your 4 wheel alignment report generated a recommendation for a comprehensive Alignment check, in spite of the fact th I went in for a B1 Service call. Your 4 wheel alignment report generated a recommendation for a comprehensive Alignment check, in spite of the fact that you installed new tires and performed an alignment just 27 days prior to this. When I asked about this, I was told it was due to the right rear camber , which would not be adjusted during an alignment, is not adjustable and does not affect tire wear. If this is correct, I do not understand why you would recommend an alignment. Your report also indicated wear of 11 / 32 on the rear tires ( which were rotated, even though I asked that this not be done so soon ). This cannot be possible, after 27 days of city driving about 600 kilometers on tires that should last for 130,000 klms. All in all, I did not find the explanations believable. As a loyal customer, I would appreciate having a better explanation. Thank you. John West. More
