Second purchase from Jonker and definitely not the last! We were looking to get into a 2016 Honda Civic EX white on black so we came back to Jonker Honda, where we purchased our 2009 Civic. We were greeted by Erick as we entered and told him what we wanted. From initial contact, Erick did everything in his power to make us happy. He showed us all of the features on the car, even though we were already sold on it before stepping into the dealership. He was not pushy and nor did he try to convince us to get a higher trim. Ultimately, Erick went above and beyond, and I am really not sure what else a sales consultant could do to better serve a customer. We wanted delivery that day and that is what they ensured, as we drove home that evening in our new car. We were treated like royalty during our first purchase and again with our second purchase. Everyone was very helpful. Thank you, Erick and everyone at Jonker Honda for going above and beyond and whenever we decide it is time to purchase another Honda, we will look no further than Jonker Honda. I urge you, the reader, to go talk to Erick and he will go above and beyond your expectations. The folks at Jonker really are worth the drive! More

Very helpful and kind service representative I was scheduled to have some fog lights installed but when I showed up at my appointment time, I found out the lights were not in stock. I was very frustrated that they were not prepared for a scheduled appointment with the necessary parts. Miquel in the service department, was very kind and apologetic. He offered me some compensation and rescheduled my appointment with the use of a courtesy car for the morning. I was appreciative of his efforts. Great Service As someone who knows exactly what vehicle model and options I want, all I needed was to find a dealer who is willing to offer me the best price. From my understanding, this is easy money for any dealership. Unfortunately, I do have the time or the patience to drive to every dealership to inquire. To my surprise, most Honda dealerships ignore any attempts to communicate by phone or internet in the 21st century. Luckily, Dan Sak from Jonker Honda was different from the other dealers. Dan was extremely sincere and professional over the internet and phone, and he was able to accommodate the sale to my schedule. I really appreciated his effort and attention to detail.
