Very helpful and kind service representative I was scheduled to have some fog lights installed but when I showed up at my appointment time, I found out the lights were not in stock. I was very frustrated that they were not prepared for a scheduled appointment with the necessary parts. Miquel in the service department, was very kind and apologetic. He offered me some compensation and rescheduled my appointment with the use of a courtesy car for the morning. I was appreciative of his efforts. Great Service As someone who knows exactly what vehicle model and options I want, all I needed was to find a dealer who is willing to offer me the best price. From my understanding, this is easy money for any dealership. Unfortunately, I do have the time or the patience to drive to every dealership to inquire. To my surprise, most Honda dealerships ignore any attempts to communicate by phone or internet in the 21st century. Luckily, Dan Sak from Jonker Honda was different from the other dealers. Dan was extremely sincere and professional over the internet and phone, and he was able to accommodate the sale to my schedule. I really appreciated his effort and attention to detail. We were able to agree on a price shortly. More
