Attention to detail important. My new car had a recall. I booked an appointment, Service was very good. They always call to remind you of your appointment. I also like that I can e-mail and they respond quickly. I was not that happy when I picked up my car. I left it overnight because I wasn't able to get there in the late afternoon so they were not in a rush. They forgot to reinstall my roof interior light. It was hanging by a long wire when I picked it up. Pretty obvious to the person that parked it I would think. They quickly took it back in the shop, I had to wait 10 minutes. They couldn't locate the clear light cover, so they had to order me a new one. This means one more trip back there when the part is in. Not very happy about that. Chris was very polite and helpful. We were greeted by Erick as we entered and told him what we wanted. From initial contact, Erick did everything in his power to make us happy. He showed us all of the features on the car, even though we were already sold on it before stepping into the dealership. He was not pushy and nor did he try to convince us to get a higher trim. Ultimately, Erick went above and beyond, and I am really not sure what else a sales consultant could do to better serve a customer. We wanted delivery that day and that is what they ensured, as we drove home that evening in our new car. We were treated like royalty during our first purchase and again with our second purchase. Everyone was very helpful.
