Tire repair By far the worst experience with Honda. Dec 29 2015, I had a flat tire in the morning on the way to work. I managed to make it to honda. Later that d By far the worst experience with Honda. Dec 29 2015, I had a flat tire in the morning on the way to work. I managed to make it to honda. Later that day i talked with miguel from service and told me the tire was not repairable. It was too late in the day to find my third party warrenty so the spare tire was put on temporarily so i could make it home. I returned the next morning to honda and dropped my car off to figure out the warrenty issue. Miguel callede at around 9am and told me the claim was approved and that tire repair was under warrenty. I picked up my car at around 230pm. Miguel asked for my credit card incase the warrenty didnt cover the install and the tire balancing. I was reluctant to sign anything that was not completely filled out, but he reasured me that nothing would be charged on the card. I left for home, but later received a call from miguel telling me that the third party warrenty had made a mistake and the tire repair was not covered and that the cost honda considered reasonable for the tire repair had to be paid and my credit card would be charged. I told miguel that what happened was unaceptable and i want to speak with his suppervisor. He said he would call me right back. So i waited untill 6pm almost 2hrs and with frustration i called back asking for miguel only to find out he had already left work. Needless to say, i was very uninterested in continuing with honda for any service or repairs. Miguel did call me the next morning and told me he would reduse the cost to 150 from 350. If i had of know from the begining that the tire repair was not under warrenty i would have gone to other tire repair shop to more afordable options. The fact that i did not have that option made me feel forced to pay whatever price honda seemed fit More

I told him I was interest in the dodge caravan out from. So he returned with the keys and took it for a test drive he was knowledgeable but in this case I was more, mostly because this was my sixth caravan. When it came to the price I only paid a few more dollars than I had hoped. I was very happy with the deal.. As far as car dealings I have probably bought more than twenty cars from dealerships it was one of my most pleasant deals I have done. Awesome but can still be improved Services is awesome but the car wash is not that great, maybe because the shop is packed and they are trying to keep up with the schedule.
