Not So Thrilled Brought my 2015 Odyssey in for the first oil change two months ago and told them (Miguel) how the driver's side arm rest clicks and creaks. They didn' Brought my 2015 Odyssey in for the first oil change two months ago and told them (Miguel) how the driver's side arm rest clicks and creaks. They didn't even look at it during the appt. I had to ask when I picked up and then they checked it out. They said they would have to order the part. I was originally told two weeks but never got a call. I followed up and was told it was on back order. After having to wait almost 2 months, my back ordered arm rest finally arrived. Had an appointment for 10:15 and dropped off my car. Got a call around noon telling me they had ordered the wrong part/wrong one was shipped. Took them almost two hours to find out they had the wrong part??? What is the point of making an appointment for 10:15 if you are not going to work on the car for another hour or two. All I got was a sorry not sure what happened. It wasn't Andrea's fault as she was not the person who I dealt with when I originally had the arm rest looked at and ordered 2 months ago so taking out my frustration on her at the time did not make sense. So now have to wait for the part and book another appointment to get it replaced. Will see how the next appt goes... More

Oil change I called needed a specific time and they were very flexible and very accomadating. The work completed was fast and on time. And then they washed and I called needed a specific time and they were very flexible and very accomadating. The work completed was fast and on time. And then they washed and vacuumed the van.
