Hidden fees and false sense of security We traded in a vehicle we purchased there last year because we weren't satisfied with its performance in winter. We lost money on the sale which was e We traded in a vehicle we purchased there last year because we weren't satisfied with its performance in winter. We lost money on the sale which was expected but we were told that the market had gone soft for our type of SUV and they were selling at a reduced price. They offered us over 4,000 less than what we paid 13 months prior and with an additional 20k on the odometer. We agreed to purchase a 2012 Nissan Sentra but during the test drive the car pulled to the left or right after turns so drastically it would steer you off the road. It would do the same thing on the highway. We went back and wrote into the purchase agreement that it would need to be fixed. The saleswoman marked "Needs alignment" on the paperwork. When financing went through (trade in was also financed and this car was more expensive) they called to sign the papers. When we went to sign we noticed a $400 finders fee for a lender. My wife caught the addition which they promptly disregarded as "current practice, you probably paid that before too" Funny since we were selected by the exact same company as our trade in vehicle which needed to be paid out. We postponed the sale until someone could let us know why they insisted on charging this exorbitant fee which they glazed over when asking to initial and sign the bill of sale. They agreed to a one time exception to waive the fee and we took delivery a week later. When we were contacted to pick up the car I had asked if the steering issue was resolved and was told everything was perfect, it didn't need an alignment. Odd since the car was all over the road just days before. We took delivery around 7pm that night after waiting for over an hour to meet with the lone person working the delivery office. We drove it home and called the dealership the next morning as the issue hadn't been fixed. They scheduled us in for two days later (the earliest they had) to look at the issue. The car had to sit in the garage, my wife fearing she would collide with another vehicle or veer off the road. Their mechanic took one look and told us it needed new strut arms. He test drove it for all of 10 seconds and told us that the audible noise, tight steering and extreme pull were a dead giveaway. Coincidental this vehicle just happened to pass inspection and safety at their very own dealership the day before? Now there is a verifiable issue that must be fixed causing more missed time from work and hassle. We have a feeling that a 3 year old car shouldn't need that level of work unless there is something they did not disclose and will be having a Nissan certified mechanic do a full inspection to see anything else that was conveniently overlooked to get this sale pushed through. To add insult to injury we saw our trade in advertised in the same condition as we drove it in for the exact list price we paid 13 months prior, no huge market slide, no massive reduction like they said. Just another lie to lowball you and to make the company money. Shame on you JP Motors, we were repeat customers but will refuse to return in the future. More

From the moment I walked through the door at the Fairview location Luis impressed me with his professionalism. It is obvious he cares for his clients and takes the time to listen. He is honest and at no time did I feel like I was being mislead or 'tricked' into buying anything. When he took us to see Stella Roeder, the business manager, he kindly introduced us and said 'take care of these kind people'. Stella was just as impressive to deal with. A very sweet, kind and welcoming person! Tom Cielecki, who assessed our trade in vehicle, amazed us as well. He honestly felt bad about the low trade in value for our car (due to high km). We weren't just another client trading in a vehicle, but Tom treated us with respect and went above and beyond to give us the best value. This was our second vehicle purchase at JP Motors and we once again feel confident with the vehicle we purchased! More

absolute NIGHTMARE ! In the first 3 weeks my car (07 charger) was in the shop 10 times. And then I get it back with a used cluster that added over 30000 kms. So instead of making it right Ryan don't even bother to call and change it or even offer to do anything ! So now the car has depreciated 3 to $4000 because of it. But I'm sure they won't show this review because they're only showing the high rated ones. But I have to say Rob in sales was there to help and especially Nicole at service was an angel. I've talked to other people and they also had terrible experiences. So do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The kms was 118000.After 2 weeks it went to 158 275.Nice eh! oh. And they sent me to a broker so Ryan can get his 800 dollar commission that would've cost me $16000 when I was done paying it off for a $8900 car. Instead of going through a bank first. Arrogant and money hungry. If u went what I went through you would be a a lot more angry, disappointed than I am/was. And because I couldn't pay $2000 right away for insurance now I have nothing. Another thing. All the promises on the site is ALL FALSE. He said they haven't updated it yet. I bet you a few people heard this before. They are buying crap at auctions and touching them up and selling for top dollar. Non negotiations with the price. That's a good one Ryan. More
