I went to TD, MERIDIAN, and other dealerships to help me and each of them took weeks to even get back to me and sometimes forgot to even submit my paperwork. It was a disaster and I lost all hope until this past week. I came across their website while searching for the type of car I was interested in, and I contacted them right away. I initially chose an older car with more kilometres and Aaron was very upfront, honest and professional with me. Luis all the way to the finance manager, great experience and as of now i have recommended this dealership and the same sales rep Luis to a few of my friends who have expressed interest in taking the drive from windsor (3.5hrs). The drive is worth the honest prices and the service. I couldnt check the box at the bottom but We (my dad and I) are repeat customers for thesame sales Rep Luis. More

Great Experience I recently went in looking for a vehicle that would replace my older Nissan Pathfinder. I wasn't quite sure of what I wanted when I arrived on the lo I recently went in looking for a vehicle that would replace my older Nissan Pathfinder. I wasn't quite sure of what I wanted when I arrived on the lot but the salesperson who came over was very welcoming and listened closely to what my criteria was. When we talked about lifestyle and how I spent my driving time, he suggested a Grand Caravan that was on the lot. I wasn't thinking of a van when I went in but when I thought about it further, it made sense. The price was a great, the van was just what I needed. I like to be thorough and really appreciate how helpful and patient the salesperson was, answering my questions and showing me all the things that that I had asked about. More
