Upon leaving the dealership, the car that I purchased started smoking and breaking randomly while driving. Since that Monday, I have yet to have the vehicle in my possession (20 days) despite the payments coming from my account. Since then every employee and manager has given me the run around. They sold me a lemon and refuse to negotiate or make things right. BUYER BEWARE More

I wanted to give it a No star but it wouldn’t let me. From financing to extended warranted to not doing what they said or telling me they just couldn’t was a catastrophe. I was told my credit rating was low so interest had to be at 8.99 but I got it checked later that week because it didn’t sit right with me, it was 80 points higher than she said when she was working with the bank online for the loan, they sold me on a bumper to bumper extended warranty which it isn’t. I asked if they could remove the rust from two wheel wells and they said no problem. My bad for not getting all this double checked. Being a widow and buying my first car on my own I really trusted these people seeing they have a license. The rust cannot be removed they put paint over it which wore off? I had zero knowledge. The insurance dissolves after 24 mths I was told until it was paid off. Price of vehicle was 17,000 they talked me up and cost me 25888. Buyer beware so not purchase from these people. More

These people have no clue what they are doing - advertising a vehicle for sale on AutoTrader, we called to confirm availability and was assured it was available. I would not recommend this dealership, I bought a car that had damage to the door, on condition that it would be repaired. When I picked up the car you could see the bondo abd the very poor repair. The manager of the dealership was supposed to call me to discuss a remedy and never had the decency to call me. Beware a lot of their vehicles have been in accidents, don't trust they will fix any damage properly, just shop elsewhere. More

September 12th I came into the lot to look at the 2019 Golf GTI. Mike Liang was there to give me the details about the car and set up a test drive. I took it out and instantly fell in love with the car, I was extremely excited as this is my first time buying a car. The next day I call Mike in the afternoon to ask him about putting a deposit on the car. A few hours later, I come back to JP Motors to talk with Mike about my trade in, I was then told that I would have to drive to the other location to have the manager check out my vehicle. When I get back to the original location, I sit down with Mike, pull out my wallet to make the deposit, and Mike gets a call from his manager saying that they already sold the car to a customer that came in to test drive the car minutes before I showed up to make my deposit. On the first day I met Mike he told me that all sales are first come first serve, which apparently is not true. It is clear that JP Motors has no regard for customer service and their only mission is to sell as many cars as possible. Obviously Mike's manager did not see my father eye-balling the 2016 X4 in the showroom, as he is also in the market for a vehicle. This probably explains why JP Motors pulled the chair out from under me. More
