Dealer sold me a car which was already sold!!! My fiancé and I went into JP Motors Burlington Saturday afternoon , saw a car we liked. Spoke to a sales guy . Got a key. Checked the car out. Fiancé liked the car, went online after returning home , after doing some research, and spoke to someone online through the jp motors website. We arranged to have the car ready for a test drive the following morning (sunday) and left our phone number, Sunday morning, we get a phone call, very nice sales guy, telling us he has pulled the car out, and that he had it ready for our test drive, my fiancé and I were very excited and drove from a different city, after going for a lengthy test drive, and discussing the car, we went inside after deciding to buy it, We spent 45 minutes discussing numbers and warranties etc, signatures, put a $500 deposit down, and then we had to wait 2 hrs for the finance manager to finish up 3 sales before us, no problem, we're patient and we were excited about our new car. Which was the exact model and colour we wanted. Eventually our sales guy went in to speak to the boss. Comes back, and says "I've got bad news" the car was sold 2 days ago, but wasn't put into the system. HOW Can you sell my fiancé a car she was so excited and happy about, and tell us she couldn't have it anymore. Thanks for ruining our weekend. How could you do this! How did the other staff not know the vehicle was in fact sold, and why was it not removed off the lot or had a sign in the window saying sold ?? Completely ridiculous! Horrible experience. My family has purchased multiple cars from this dealership!! from now on, we're taking our business elsewhere! Next time don't sell cars which are spoken for and avoid disappointing very excited customers! Horrible. Absolutely horrible . More

Dealing with customer service reps wasn't the best experience, mostly boiled down to miscommunication between departments, but with so many different locations that can easily happen I suppose. Currently working on a resolution with Nicholas who has been a big help in getting us set up with a new car to replace the old one. Selection is good and prices are fair. More
