After some research online, my fiancé and I drove out to J.P Motors on Tuesday the I had had my heart set on purchasing a Ford Flex for some time now. After some research online, my fiancé and I drove out to J.P Motors on Tuesday the 2nd of December, and after being directed to which location one of the Flex vehicles was, we made our way there. We were greeted by Peter Christakis and he drove along with us on our first test drive. I found him to be very personable, with a great sense of humour. Most of all, he was honest, knowledgeable and not the slightest bit pushy. He's been in this line of work for many years, and his passion shows in his customer interaction. He quickly responded to any email questions I had after we signed the deal that night, and he was genuinely interested in our satisfaction. We were able to pick up the car on the Friday afternoon, and if we didn't have to take into account the less than efficient business manager, David, and how unorganized the girl was who finalized things ( once they had our money) this review would have been a 5 star for Peter alone.
