Before the staff member called me from the dealership, I said to a friend, I am going to send a thank you note to the staff at Image Honda because, well, every single person that I talked to was very friend said to a friend, I am going to send a thank you note to the staff at Image Honda because, well, every single person that I talked to was very friendly and very helpful. I had been to a dealer where the salesperson tried to sell me a car by telling me I would look good in it -- very insulting. The salesman treated me with respect and answered all my questions, and talked to me as if I was knowledgeable, not talking down to me. He knew the car that he was selling, and he provided me with all the information I needed. I came in early to pick up my car because of unforseen difficulties with my trade-in, and all the staff were able to send me home with my new car several hours earlier than planned. In all the deadlings, all the staff were upfront, friendly, competent and helpful. And the bonus is that I love my new 2001 Honda Civic. I would DEFINITELY recommend Image Honda!! More

The staff explains in detail what is being done and how much it will cost and how long it will take. It is nice to see that the staff will explain things to a woman as they would to a man. Our visit to Image Honda exceeded our expectations, when we were looking for a used car. Even though we visited the dealership after we were home from work, they stayed for at least another hour to complet we were looking for a used car. Even though we visited the dealership after we were home from work, they stayed for at least another hour to complete our purchase, which was extremely appreciated as we find it difficult to find time for car shopping.
