Customer service is nonexistent and extremely rude!! Our Hyundai Tucson SUV motor broke down..due to a design flaw by Hyundai..after much calling and getting constantly dissmissed or transfered. they agr Our Hyundai Tucson SUV motor broke down..due to a design flaw by Hyundai..after much calling and getting constantly dissmissed or transfered. they agreed to fix it. but did not give us a time frame of when it will be fixed..nor a substitute car we could use in the meantime. More than a month has gone by since we dropped the car at their dearler..still no updates, no answers. I'm currently 6 months pregnant and this was our only car. We need a car more than ever for our jobs, doctors appointments.etc . after a week of calling and just getting the answer machine. my husband went in person. The customer service guy made him wait for 2 hours gave him no updates or answers, was extremely rude and then told my husband to LEAVE because he wasn't going to get any updates for now..and that he might have to wait 3 MONTHS for maybe an update in the motor situation. This is unacceptable! That car was not free nor cheap for us to be getting this kind of treatment. Still no updates on them lending us a car to use in the meantime whatsoever. If things keep going at this pace..I guess when I go into labor I'll have to take the bus. More

I went to buy an Accent, tried out the Elantra and finally ended with the Kona. He was very helpful in making the deal and I felt no pressure.. I was very impressed as Reg came in on his day of to make sure my vehicle was ready and to go over all the features on my vehicle. Much appreciated as I am a senior. Reg is so friendly and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Hyundai vehicle. More

Definitely recommend! I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! We came in at a busy time but I was greeted by Reg and even though he was dealing with another client I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! We came in at a busy time but I was greeted by Reg and even though he was dealing with another client he still managed to take the time to explain everything in detail and help me purchase my first car! He multitasked very well and I did not feel pressured or influenced by him at all. He is personable, funny and excellent at his job. Johnny helped me later finalize everything and was also just as great, they both went above and beyond to make me comfortable with this first big purchase of mine. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience, thank you for all your help! I absolutely love my new car!:) More

Nothing but LIES xxxx POOR SERVICE at Hyundai on Hunt Club!!! I purchased through Hyundai Hunt Club in October 2017 and have had nothing but problems with the sales an xxxx POOR SERVICE at Hyundai on Hunt Club!!! I purchased through Hyundai Hunt Club in October 2017 and have had nothing but problems with the sales and service staff. Shaun in service is the exception - he has always gone out of his way to be pleasant and accommodating. The most recent issue was a charge to me that was to be taken care by Hundai after the incredibly poor service provided to me. I brought my car in for an oil change in late Nov 2018 and to repair a malfunctioning thermal sensor. While working on the latter, the tech popped the bulb off of my shifter losing the spring causing my car to be unable to shift into 1st - going directly into reverse. I was called and told it would be at least the next day before it was finished. I got myself a ride back home passed Kemptville, to receive a call shortly after saying my car was ready. I couldn't make it back that day, so I went in the next afternoon, received my keys and got it my car. I found tools and parts still in there and tested my shifter - it still bypassed 1st and went directly into reverse. I was then told it would be at least another 5 days as they had to order in a part. At that point, I explained I required a rental. I was told Hyundai would cover the charge of the rental. Today, six months later, I noticed a charge on my card from the rental company. After calling and expressing my issue, it was explained that Hyundai refused to pay and it went in arrears so they charged me. According to the individual I spoke with at the rental company, Hunt Club Hyundai does this regularly. The service manager I dealt with six months ago is no longer employed there. I'm now waiting for the new service manager to return my call, however, I don't expect it as the previous one never returned my calls. I'm disgusted with how I've been treated. I've been lied to consistently since the day I picked up my car in Oct 2017 - the only reason why I've returned is due to my prepaid oil changes, until now. I'll never return, I will never purchase another vehicle through any Dilawri dealership. My family members will never purchase from a Dilawri dealership. More
