Jihan was amazing and put my fears about financing to rest, they also introduced me to Nick as he would be delivering my car on the pick up date. After all of this was completed it was after their closing time and Hadi still took the time to walk me to my car. They are now my second family and humberview Volkswagon is my second home! It was all handled in a professional and with courtesy. The quality of the work was excellent and all done in a timely fashion. And note the car is 7 years old and out of the regular warranty . Id like to make a special note to one of the employees. Her name is Lisa and I believe a service or office manager. The times and attention I have received from her is one of the key reasons we go back to Humberview. It will always be our VW dealership of choice.. Humberview VW was the third dealership I called in the GTA and as opposed to the prior two experiences that felt impersonal and 'cookie cutter', I immediately felt appreciated by HADI CHMAIT, one of Humberview's sympathetic Sales & Leasing Consultants. Hadi and his colleagues stopped at nothing to welcome my family and me, had in-depth product knowledge and kept me closely updated at all times. Even after the purchase of my and my wife's car were sealed deals, Hadi kept up the personal attention and care to occasionally inquire whether we liked our cars, how the family was settling in the GTA and whether we needed any assistance. Once our Son grows up, I know for sure where he is going to buy his first car...with Hadi and the wonderful team at Humberview!
