Also an extremely qualified member of the Humberview VW team. Detail oriented, extremely knowledgeable, and really helped walk me thru the TDI claims process. I dealt briefly with Nick Gallagher, the Product and Delivery Specialist. He's the last guy I met with before leaving with my new vehicle. Great guy, on the ball, answered all questions clearly and concisely and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Although only having just met, I felt like he was an old friend. He is obviously a truly valued member of the Humberview Team, and as the last person you have contact with before driving off, he left a very positive impression of the dealership as a whole. Additionally, it's the little things that matter. The oil change Humberview did for me, the installation of the new wipers I requested, and a full tank of gas really scored big points. It shows they do actually care .The car wash and detailing was really nice too. Just little things, but certainly value-added when it came to the overall experience. I drove down from Wasaga Beach to Etobicoke to deal with Humberview. That's a 3 hour-plus round trip on a good day, and i'm xxxx glad I did. They most certainly will be my first choice for my next VW vehicle. It's worth the drive to Humberview. A top notch dealership, and a top notch team from start to finish.
