This place was great until it wasn't. Great French Vanilla machine, and complementary vacuuming of my car, however, I can do both of those myself. The car took two days to repair instead Great French Vanilla machine, and complementary vacuuming of my car, however, I can do both of those myself. The car took two days to repair instead of one - they charged me for a car rental and only ended up paying for one day. They let me know while I was on my way to pick up the car that they would need another day. After several conversations about the car rental, I was told that only the General Manager could provide a store credit. On another visit, they gave my car back to me and parts fell out of the engine area as I drove away! The manifold cover ($208) wasn't fixed on properly, there was a socket wrench still inside the vehicle and the engine cover emblem ($27) was missing. More

I recently had reason to to need an unannounced service from this VW dealership I recently had to bring my car in for a from this VW dealership I recently had to bring my car in for an unscheduled service and can say I was completely satisfied with the attention I received from the service advisor Mark Dinglasan and all other VW staff.The problems were soon identified ,the work finalised in short order as promised and the car returned cleaner than when I brought it in !
