They do not use high pressure sales tactics, nor do they talk in circles and try to up-sell They negotiate fairly and provide all the necessary information for you to make an informed decision about your purchase. The level of customer service at this dealership is impeccable. The sales staff are professional, courteous and polite, and they go out of their way to give you a great experience. This also goes for the service department. I did all my maintenance for my last car at the dealership and there were never any surprises. They are one of the best in the GTA.
