When we walked in we were greeted by Mark and we were only casually looking around and possibly looking to test drive. So Mark sat us down walked us through all the steps and did it all while being extre only casually looking around and possibly looking to test drive. So Mark sat us down walked us through all the steps and did it all while being extremely friendly. We even got sidetracked for about 20 minutes discussing a common interest that came up. After that and the test drives he didn't even try to push the vehicle sale because we were unsure if the approval was remotely possible, but after some more thought while conversing with him we decided to give it a shot and he was all too happy to help us out and give us all the options. He was accurate and thorough in all his explanations and then passed us up to Margaret for finances and she was every bit as amazing and helpful. Very cheery and cracking jokes with us she was an absolute joy and seemed to share our sense of humor. Overall it was an amazing experience only made better by these 2 fantastic employees!
