When additional work is recommended, I feel no pressure to have it done immediately and I appreciate the reminder e-mails so I will remember a follow-up is required. I selected good vs very good for the price since I have no comparison to make. I continued to bring my last car to this dealership for service, even after the warranty was up, because I felt I could trust the work being done, appreciated the use of a loaner car or shuttle service when needed. We had reviewed the Santa Fe on the Hyundai website so when we got to the dealership we had a good idea what we wanted. It would have been a better review if I had more interaction with staff. Unfortunately, the service advisor spoke to me for 15 seconds and I had zero interaction with the mechanic.
