Guelph Hyundai

Last week I made an 8 am appointment for a one-hour Service #2. I scheduled my shuttle pick up for 11 am to avoid the lunch rush. My shuttle was on time at 11, but when I arrived at Hyundai, my vehicle had not even gone in for the service yet! Initially I was told the paperwork had to be finished, then a while later I was told it was still going to be 20 minutes. My issue isn't that things were behind schedule, but that I was never told! I spent all that time in the shuttle going between Hyundai and my office so that I would not have to wait on site for the service, but in the end I wasted all the time in the shuttle AND had to wait for the service. It all took longer than my lunch break, so I had to use vacation time to account for the time at work. I do not understand why I wasn't called to reschedule my shuttle pick-up. I also think that I should have been offered a discount for the extreme inconvenience. Sincerely, Karla Everard More

I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change and it took over an hour and a half. I had sent a friend to do this as I had to work thinking that it would only take at the most half an hour. I could have taken it to a quick oil change and been in and out of there in 15 minutes but chose to go through my dealership. I thought at the very least they could have given me a discount or something for waiting for so long. Very disappointed in this service. More

Even thought I purchased my car at the Waterloo dealership, I really enjoy going to the Guelph dealership to get things fixed/serviced. The people are so friendly & knowledgeable. The lounge make dealership, I really enjoy going to the Guelph dealership to get things fixed/serviced. The people are so friendly & knowledgeable. The lounge makes 'waiting time' go by so much quicker. Also the girl who does the shuttle service is always a pleasant to talk to. More

Guelph Hyundai has by far the friendliest and most accommodating service staff throughout the 3 dealerships I have now had dealings with. It is good that I now work in Guelph as that is the reason fo accommodating service staff throughout the 3 dealerships I have now had dealings with.
