Thank you for taking the time to tell us your concerns. Unfortunately each Hyundai dealership is independently owned and therefore any in house offers the dealership may be offering cannot be transferred to another dealer. For instance the program that we have where you do 5 oil changes and get the 6th one free could not be used at another dealer. And the same works for us with honouring other dealerships promotions. As for trying to purchase from us, I sincerely apologize that our staff did not go above and beyond to try and meet your requests by bringing in a vehicle from another dealer, if what we had on the lot was not to your liking or specifications. This seems very much out of character for us. Please let me know if there is anything we can do to accommodate you. I hope we are able to do something and turn this experience around.
