I’ve purchased three vehicles from Guelph Hyundai over the years, including a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy (paid in full), a Hyundai Santa Cruz, and even a RAM ProMaster cargo van that happened to be the years, including a 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy (paid in full), a Hyundai Santa Cruz, and even a RAM ProMaster cargo van that happened to be sold through their lot. Because of that, I expected a much higher level of transparency and service. Recently, after a minor curb impact with my Palisade, I was advised that multiple rear suspension components were bent and was provided with an estimate of over $8,000. Instead of proceeding with that recommendation, I approved replacing only the rear toe link and completing an alignment. This resolved the issue almost entirely. The vehicle now: drives straight has centered steering operates normally with lane assist I also obtained a second alignment inspection from another dealership, which confirmed the vehicle is within acceptable specifications. Given this outcome, it is very difficult to understand how the initial recommendation to replace multiple components was determined. I was also charged for diagnosis and alignment services that led to a significantly overstated repair scope. On top of that: the vehicle was returned without the complimentary wash despite being there for two weeks small plastic trim caps were left loose inside the vehicle after service and follow-up emails requesting clarification have gone unanswered This is not the level of care or accountability I expect, especially as a repeat customer. For additional context, during a previous purchase of a RAM ProMaster from this dealership, I later discovered that the main screen was cracked — something that was not disclosed prior to signing. I was simply told to deal with it through warranty after the fact. Overall, this experience raises serious concerns about both service quality and transparency. I have reached out to the dealership multiple times and have not received a proper response. I will update this review if the situation is addressed. At this time, I cannot recommend this dealership.
