I dropped off my car for maintenance around 9:30 AM, and the communication was honestly terrible. I was told it would be ready around 12 PM, but I ended up picking it up at 5:45 PM, and not once did anyone the communication was honestly terrible. I was told it would be ready around 12 PM, but I ended up picking it up at 5:45 PM, and not once did anyone call to update me. I had to call multiple times, leave a message, and only then did someone finally tell me the car was ready. If I didn’t keep following up myself, I would’ve had no idea. This is extremely disappointing. A simple courtesy call isn’t too much to ask — especially when customers depend on accurate updates and timelines. I really hope the service department fixes this, because this kind of communication is not acceptable. More
