Scott Shafer contacted me with information about the 0% financing on the 2013 models that were being "cleared out". When I met with him to go through the information and offers in more detail he explained financing on the 2013 models that were being "cleared out". Also clarified what would happen with the existing loan I had on my current vehicle and how the trade-in would work. Scott did an excellent job of finding a vehicle for me within the budget that I had stated. Once we had discussed various options, I then spoke with Margaret Currie who went through the loan details and the various warranty options available. Margaret explained everything very well and answered all my questions. I also had my current vehicle in for scheduled service. As usual the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and no unexpected costs. The service technicians and administrators are always good at explaining what needs to be done and what can wait. I'm always very satified with the work done at Guelph Hyundai. The vehicle that I am purchasing will be the 5th Hyundai that I have purchased and, I believe, the 3rd one from Guelph Hyundai. More
We worked with a new sales rep Lee. He was courteous and accommodating at all times. He knew a lot about the vehicle and helped to show us how the features worked during the test drive. The lady who drives the shuttle is AMAZING! She remembered me from months ago and is so friendly and not awkward driving with as some of the shuttle drivers are. The young man behind the counter wh remembered me from months ago and is so friendly and not awkward driving with as some of the shuttle drivers are. I changed which dealership i get my service done because of this excellent service :) Only suggestion would be to get lids for the coffee cups :) SInce you are so attentive its really hard to drink your coffee before its time to go! He made me feel I was making the right choice as I was looking at other cars as well. Although I had many problems (service wise) with a brand new car, your service staff always were accommodating when I needed to bring my car in and also note that the customer pickup and drop off staff (Amy) should also be on your list of Selected employees as she contributes to the overall experience. Amy always made me feel like I wasn't inconvencing her when I needed special pickup and drop off. Service staff were always good at explaining the problems and were apologetic that it took so long to solve the "check engine" light problem. More

My husband dropped me off at Walmart and he got car serviced. It took three hours. Phoned twice to dealership from pay phone and was told twice from a new employee he had left. John accomodated my service request on a Saturday, he was very prompt, courteous and friendly and my car was ready when he said it would be.
