Justin Was Great! The rest of this operation is horrible Justin was great he is the only reason I bought my car from you! Your sales managers don't seem to want to sell! Sales managers lied to me about one Justin was great he is the only reason I bought my car from you! Your sales managers don't seem to want to sell! Sales managers lied to me about one vehicle not being available however was told from other locations that it was. When I was ready to buy vehicle they did not want to bargain at all was told the price they offered was it or to leave. I contacted another dealserhip over the phone and they gave me a better price that I got Justin to convince management to match. Justin took the time to get the sale done and that's why I came back. However based on the interaction I have had will not recommend this dealership nor will I bring my car to Guelph Hyundai for service. More

Bought a 2014 Elantra Just drove home in my brand new car!! I really enjoyed the whole experience, everybody was very friendly and answered my questions. Low and behold when I went to desk to see what was taking I went for the spring special and very clearly said twice not to check the cabin air filter. Low and behold when I went to desk to see what was taking so long there was the cabin air filter on the counter. Either he did not tell the mechanic or the mechanic ignored him. To me it is pretty obvious that someone gets a commission or this is one of the dealerships way of getting more money. As I had to wait for the car I periodically looked in the service bay and it was quite often unattended and mechanic was out back taking a smoke break. Larry Laseur (husband of Jill Rogers) More
