From day one of my 65th birthday present to myself (2011 Elantra Touring) in December of 2010 I have been impressed with the quality of sales (Scott) and service that I have received from the staff members Elantra Touring) in December of 2010 I have been impressed with the quality of sales (Scott) and service that I have received from the staff members of this dealership. They have always remembered my name and made me feel like their only customer which is rare in this day and age. In fact John and Tanya went to bat for me when my vehicle was vandalized in my underground parking lot (along with 10 other vehicles) when I experienced great difficulty in dealing with Golden Triangle Collision center (they were the one that I went to in order to have my repairs done). I don't know what I would have done without their backing on making things right for my car. Another instance where Tanya was very helpful was when I was experiencing one of my migrane headaches when I was there waiting for my car to be serviced. Tanya took me to the meeting room in the basement area and let me lay down in the darkened room in order to help me handle the pain. They are great people and I have recommended them to friends (2 of which purchased their new vehicles from there) and both have also been very impressed with the sales and service staff based on quality of workmanship and friendliness. I moved to Guelph just over a year ago, and thought it would be nice to have a license plate cover with the Guelph Hyundai Dealership advertisement for my Hyundai. I went to the service counter at the Guelph Hyundai Dealership to ask someone if they could put the cover on for me. They gladly said yes, and had it done in a matter of only 20 minutes. I thought this was excellent service, especially since I didn't call before hand for an appointment. The person that helped me was very friendly and accommodating. Thanks again for the license plate cover! More
I purchase my 2012 Elantra in Brampton, the same place my brother purchased his 2012 Sonata. I live in Elora and wanted a more convenient place to get my regular services. I went to the Brampton dealership a couple of times feeling I was getting good service but adequate customer service. It's an impersonal feeling ( this excludes the service of the salesperson I had there- he was fantastic, but has since left the business) I have gone twice to the Guelph dealership for regular scheduled maintenance. Their customer service is great and super-friendly. Their shuttle service was great to a local mall and the driver was so nice and friendly. I never frlet threatened or uncomfortable with her. The service managers at the front desk are fantastic without that "dont question me-- i know more than you" attitude!! Your waiting room more than exceeds the expectations of a service waiting area with the TV, the free wi-fi, the snacks, and the fresh hot drinks with the Keurig coffee maker. To me, its the little touches of thoughtfulness and consideration that make customers want to return. We all ahve to pay the same amount for opur regular maintenance but why not do it somewhere that treats the customer well? Everybody likes to feel special, and Guelph Hyundai managed to do this very well. More

I bought my first new vehical at Guelph Hyundai in 2004 a Santa Fe I had it til I bought my new 2013 Santa Fe my old one had 436, 000kms I recommend this to everyone I speak with about getting a new vehicle. When I stepped in there I had just went to Cambridge Hyundai and with the sales person I was dealing with there it was a bad experince yet again....I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! So off I went back to Guelph and really was afraid of dealing with a new sales person but, that's whom i was recommended and Lee Kant was the man.....very personable, attentive to my (as a customer needs) but, very sincere you can tell it was like he was selling to one of his own family members....like I was one of the family, all my needs were looked after and then some I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED LEE KANT TO EVERYONE HE'S AMAZING!!!!! Also Derek the salls manager went above and beyond my expectations....and Dan the service manager YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST.....THANK-YOU THANK-YOU for making this yet another right decision and many many years of joy with my New Santa Fe......now you need some decaf coffee in the waiting room and everything will be PERFECT.....Once again Thank-you Guelph Hyundai!!!! We are considering a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, preferably the new plug in hybrid, as our next vehicle. The test drive of a 2013 Hyundai Sonata hybrid was my first experience in a hybrid, and I can't imagine the new plug in hybrid, as our next vehicle. The current sales promotion is really too hard to pass up, but we did not go through with the purchase just yet. I will be clear that it is no fault of the salesman, manager, or dealership, or price. We are just waiting for the absolute right time to get the new car - I was caught up in the excitement and price, but my wife prefers that we wait a bit more until she has worked a little longer. She just finished maternity leave and started back to work at the start of September, so we are going to let our finances catch up a bit more. Justin is a great salesperson; professional, honest, and above all, patient. I will definitely come back to see him and my friend manager Derek Dawkins when we are ready.
