I was lucky enough to be the receipient of a brand new green apple Hyundai Accent for my birthday. The team at Guelph Hyundai helped to make it very special by first putting a large bow on the car & then green apple Hyundai Accent for my birthday. When I arrived I was ushered to the car right away & had my picture taken with the car, Scott & myself for its second posting on facebook. The instruction I received was thorough & informative. Arriving at my appointment time, I was greeted by Travis Buhrow. After a chuckle about the wearther, he asked for the exact problem with my brakes and any other concerns. As it was a early morning appointment, my vehicle was takening into the service bay within 10 minutes. Travis stated that he would contact me in the waiting room as soon as the brakes were assessed for wear etc. Within 15 minutes Travis informed me that the problem just required a 4 wheel brake service. (cleaning lub. adjustment, and service kit). Also he recommended a throttle body cleaning and lubrication because of mileage and our extended trip to Florida coming up. Because I was waiting for the results of brake check, I did not have to use the shuttle van. Travis had stated that time for the work would be about 40 minutes so I decided to wait, got myself a free coffee and a newspaper and the wait flew by. Arrived at 9 am and out by 1015 am. I came into the dealership to buy a new Santa Fe. Scott Shafer was my salesperson. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining the attributes of the vehicle. Sales Mgr.) whose friendliness & assurances further stratified my decision. Scot then took me to service & introduced me to Dan Wightman (Service Mgr.) who explained his department & promised to look after me personally. All in all, a most enlightning buying experience. More

Car looks great after complimentary silver cleaning and replacement parts were put in. Tanya was very helpful in setting up a convenient appointment time with courtesy car. First time going for service with my new car. Was told on the phone it would take 30 mins., told when I got there it would take 45 mins., and it actually took 1 1/2 hours!
