I originally visited the dealership, to consider looking for a new vehicle. I have never owned a Hyundai before and thought it would be worth investigating the possibility of purchasing a Hyundai. Upon arri for a new vehicle. I have never owned a Hyundai before and thought it would be worth investigating the possibility of purchasing a Hyundai. Upon arrival I was greeted by a Sales Rep (Justin Hawkins), he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Justin knew everything there was to know about the product he was selling. I don't think I could stump him on any question. Further more he listened to my needs, concerning pricing and purpose of a vehicle. It wasn't long before Justin had me going in the right direction that fit my needs and pricing. He was also not a pushy Sales person, just friendly and compassionate towards me. This was a excellent experience. Hopefully if things work out, I will be a first time Hyundai owner soon. Thanks Doug Smith More

During a follow up call by the service department I was asked if everything was okay with my Santa Fe, I replied "all but my cracked windshield, I was immediately told to bring it in to be checked and if i asked if everything was okay with my Santa Fe, I replied "all but my cracked windshield, I was immediately told to bring it in to be checked and if it was not damaged by a stone that it would be covered under my warranty. I took in my vehicle and a week later my windshield was replaced. Thanks Guelph Hyundai. More

I was under pressure to buy a replacement car by my insurance company, and when I found what I was looking for at this dealership, Mark went above and beyond, I felt, to help me and have the car ready insurance company, and when I found what I was looking for at this dealership, Mark went above and beyond, I felt, to help me and have the car ready to go when I needed it. He was polite and treated me as a knowledgeable customer, which I appreciated. He asked me what I wanted to have as a monthly payment, and he gave me exactly that. The last car I bought from another dealership could not offer the same deal. Typically new car purchases are delivered to the customer with a full tank of gas - but used cars are not. Because of the distance I traveled to purchase from the Guelph dealership, Mark apparently said he wasn't going to sell me a car with an almost empty tank of as gas, so I was extremely delighted to find an almost full tank in the car when I left. :) It was a very much appreciated gesture, and with the service I received from Mark, I will certainly recommend this dealership to my friends.
