Thank you for taking the time to review us. I apologize if there was an oversight on the service engine light. This should have been addessed at the time of your appointment. As for the brakes, if we did not have the wheels of for your appointment, we would not have looked at the brakes. A proper brake inpsection needs to be done with the wheels off. We will however, make sure our technicians are aware that each and every vehicle needs to be checked over thoroughly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
