Every time I have dealt with this dealership it leaves me in a rage. Your prices are very poor value. I suspect the service manager works on commission, and seems to work hardest at running up the bill. I d in a rage. Your prices are very poor value. I suspect the service manager works on commission, and seems to work hardest at running up the bill. I don't think that your company, or maybe it is just Hyundai has any concept of customer service. We are just a bank account for you to draw on as much as possible. Manager calls me first for a couple small add ons to my service ($30 for a $5 light bulb, $80 for a $20 filter!) knowing that he plans to call back a few minutes later to hit me up for the big bill $600 for rear brakes on a car that has 34k on it. I can't stand to walk into your building anymore, it just makes me feel sick! Hope you guys are proud. Last time I complained, VP said she would call me personally, then never bothered to contact me again...par for the course Talked to 2 other people that have bought Hyundai vehicles in the last few years, they don't have a much better opinion, guess while times are good for you, you don't care much about repeat business. More

This was my first time to Guelph Hyundai, having moved here from Niagara Falls. Dan and Travis behind the service desk were great and the coffee was as good as Travis said it would be. Had a nail in my tire. No cost to service as I have the warranty on my tires which I had forgotten about. So obviously I was even happier. But they got the car in right away as we were heading out of town warranty on my tires which I had forgotten about. So obviously I was even happier. This is the third Hyundai vehicle owned.....wouldn't have any other. From the sales staff to the service staff you couldn't find a more knowledgeable , helpful and friendly bunch of people. The waiting area if you need to spend some time waiting to have your vehicle serviced serves free coffee, snacks TV viewing and wifi internet if you so choose. if the wait is longer than you want to be there, transportation is available to take you where you need to be. Guelph Hyundai is a happy place, a place you really don't mind going to. More
