Dan got me in and serviced on really short notice...thanks! I was over my service by 2300 k's....Dan got me in on really short notice.....when they were servicing my car, they found that I had a nail in a tire I was over my service by 2300 k's....Dan got me in on really short notice.....when they were servicing my car, they found that I had a nail in a tire and were able to patch it.....just the fact that they took the time to look and notice it!! Not What I Expected I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Although my appointment was scheduled for 8:45 I was informed the first shuttle l I was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. Although my appointment was scheduled for 8:45 I was informed the first shuttle left at 8. When I arrived it had already left. I said I would wait for the next one not a problem. No one showed me where the waiting room was, offered me a coffee, etc. At 845 the shuttle was still not there and I had to go and inquire when it would be back as I had informed when I booked my appointment I had somewhere to be at 9 and was assured the shuttle would get me there. Someone from the service area came out and drove me, however was still late. I had also booked the shuttle for a 4:30 pick up time. I was called at 3:30 to see if I was ready then, as 4:30 is their busy time and couldn't guarantee they would be on time- Again I had asked this when booking the appointment or else I would have made other arrangements. I had a friend drive me to the dealership and I arrived at the same time as the shuttle service... who had 1 person with them... must be the busy time... I was not impressed at all with this service and it was not what I was expecting from the dealership where I lease my car from. I highly doubt I will return to the dealership for my next oil change and maintenance. More
