Warranty Inspection Great service. Arranged for a warranty inspection and arranged for the shuttle service since I thought I'd have to leave my vehicle there all day, but Great service. Silver package deatailing My vehicle was very dirty, I will admit this. At first the vehicle looked as good as new. It smelled great! On closer inspection (not that close!!) My vehicle was very dirty, I will admit this. At first the vehicle looked as good as new. It smelled great! On closer inspection (not that close!!) I found patches of oily stuff (interior cleaner?) inside my cup holders, etc.When I folded my seats down to put a large item in the back, the back of the seats had only been wiped as far as where they go into the base...they had not been put down and wiped all the way. Also, I found dirt and shavings (I occasionally carry bags of shavings as I live on a farm-one had ripped) behind the back seats and down the sides...a vacuum could have easily dealt with this. I was disappointed to see it. Finally, having lifted the panel off at the back of the vehicle, there was water inside and it had not been cleaned. We had to take time to soak all the water up before it rusted the items in there. Although the front of the vehicle looked "good as new" I feel it was a little rushed with not as much attention to the small things as I would expect for the money I paid. I have never had a vehicle "detailed" before, so I really don't have anything to compare the work with. I will probably have it done again by the dealership, but I will make sure the above items are dealt with before leaving. More

To a great Service Department When I called about my problem they had me come in right away even though they were booked for the week. I had a ride home and a pick up .
