Thank you for taking the time to write us your concerns. I would like to sincerely apologize for the experiece you had at Guelph Hyundai. I completely understand your concerns, but in our defense we would never have suggested something that didn't need to be done. Perhaps the issue wasn't as pressing as it seemed, but if the vehicle presented it self with a leak, it will return. If the crack was small and hard to locate, another facility might have misse it. Our technicians are trained to find the smallest of things, so later down the road you don't have more problems. I am sorry you have lost your confidence in us, but I assure you what we recommended was for your benefit and not ours. Thank you again for taking the time to let us hear your concerns. We appreicate the feedback.

This schedule of maintenance ensures that your vehicle remains running at peak performance and reduces the risk of problems down the line. It is our job to recommend these services to you, but it is always up to you whether you choose to go ahead with them. We would never force you to authorize a job simply because we recommended it. But as a Hyundai facility, we know our vehicles best and what it needs to maintain it for your benefit in the long run. Although, these maintenance items might seem like a lot of money now, it will reduce your costs in the long run when larger repairs do not need to be done becasue the vehicle was well maintained.
