Great staff and service. They are friendly and willing to explain in detail what needs to be done. The onoly criticism I have is that when I brought in my car to switch to winter tires last month I commented that the hub cap for the front right tire was severely damaged and I worried that whatever caused it to crack may have caused extra damage somewhere. They mentioned it to the mechanic (don't remember who he was) who quite honestly smirked and said that it's not a concern but he would check. When I was in this time for a different service, the mechanic doing the oil change discovered that the wheel bearing on the same location (front right) was damaged and needs to be fixed. Although I cannot say for sure that the damage was there when I did the tire switch, the sound that the damage caused has been and I haven't done anything since getting the winter tires that would have caused this damage. This is however the only negative experience. Otherwise the service has always been (and I'm sure will continue) to be great! More

I was given courteous consultation over the phone and later, when my car was at the shop, I was phoned at work to update me on what was for a noise.
