Quick Action for Safety One of our tires had a nail sticking in it. We called Hyundai service dept and were told this could be a dangerous situation and to bring the car in One of our tires had a nail sticking in it. We called Hyundai service dept and were told this could be a dangerous situation and to bring the car in right away. As it turned out the nail did not puncture the tire and we were on our way shortly after. The service dept. was genuinely concerned and acted quickly and efficiently. Thanks again.y More

First service experience This was my first service appointment with Hyundai for my 2014 Sante Fe. As I entered the service area I was directed where to park my vehicle for se This was my first service appointment with Hyundai for my 2014 Sante Fe. As I entered the service area I was directed where to park my vehicle for service as I was not aware of the area to be in for service and was promptly waited on. Work was done promptly on my vehicle as promised timewise. Salesman, Allan Gilles also popped his head in to say hi and asked how everything was going and how I liked my new vehicle. This is my first Hyundai vehicle and I was apprehensive switching from GM as I have always had a GM vehicle. I have really enjoyed my Sante Fe and glad I made this purchase. Oil Change and first service check-up went smoothly and with coupon book received at purchase time my service charge was "no charge". So the price of my 1st service call was excellent! Overall my first service visit went very smoothly no problems and all employees that I talked with were great. Karen Simon More
Regular service . I took my car in for it's first service and had some questions about a few scratches I had on the car (my fault!).
