He then let me know of a service that may be required on my car but didn't pressure me when i asked if it was OK to leave until the next service. Cost is a bit higher than elsewhere but I do appreciate the service and they know my car. More
For our first brand new car we were checking out every car dealership in the city, when we arrived at Hyundai we were truly amazed at how everyone treated us and our 1 year old daughter. It was as if we had a special kinship with everyone there. The price range was very close to what we were looking for and the car is unbelievably amazing. We took it for one test drive and knew right then and there that was our car! I truly would recommend this dealership to everyone that is looking for a new or used car if they want the satisfaction we got! More

From the moment we entered the dealership we were greeted with smiles and handshakes. Justin was very knowledgeable, and we took out our model for a test drive. However, we did not buy that day. We actually visited other dealerships with different makes and models of cars. It is a testimony to how impressed we were with Guelph Hyundai, because we returned here a few days later to make our vehicle purchase. On our return, Justin was there again to greet us, and although the dealership was very busy that day, the transaction with both himself and Margaret for the financial side, was completed with speed and courtesy. We were also introduced to the mechanic's department and the service scheduling department so that we could put faces to the voices on the phones! This is our 2nd Hyundai, our 2002 Elantra is still in the family and going strong! Thanks again to all concerned! More

Everyone was incredible helpful in helping me get into a new car, from picking the style and model, to incredible service in financing. They really went above and beyond, giving me advice, hints and tips for dealing with my insurance company and bank, and just making sure that I was taken care of. On a scale from 1 to 10, these guys rate a 100! More
I do not want to sound cheap and frustrated, but I suppose I will. I came in for new snow tires. The guys did a nice job of cleaning off the regular ones so that they could go into the back seat wit suppose I will. I came in for new snow tires. The service took over one hour when I was told it was going to be 30 mins. I was there at 8am sharp. Disappointed it took so long. I prepaid over the phone but then found out I needed to pay $2.40 for the 4 tire bags. I couldn't believe I paid what I did, waited as long as I did, then had to go out and get <$3 from my car for bags. I was told that I hadn't been in for regular service either. Right! Because of reasons like this. Never a clear answer from service when I first bought my car brand new either. The service program is overwhelming. Simplify that and I'd be happy. I have also overheard a few times other people also confused by all the regular scheduled maintenance in order to meet warranties. This leads to 3 things: people feel overwhelmed so they don't care for their cars, they feel ripped off bc they don't understand, or they are actually being ripped off. I love my car, but would love more transparency. And I'm very unhappy about the measly $2.40 believe me! More
