First and foremost, please allow me offer my personal apologies if you felt we did not meet or exceed your expectations upon visiting our facility. We here at Guelph Hyundai take our customer service efforts and quality levels exceptionally seriously and make every effort to deliver a top notch service experience, a goal which by reading your comments, we fell well short of this time. I must apologize, unfortunately as you are using a screen name, I am unsure to whom I am speaking and the circumstances that surround your experience. If you have spoken with me and I have not addressed your concerns, again, please accept my apologies, however I am unaware of any outstanding issues I currently have. I realize that you may not have caught the name of the person to whom you were dealing with, but we don't have a Tony here so unfortunately again, I am caught a disadvantage and unable to investigate further. We here at Guelph Hyundai take our customer service efforts and quality levels exceptionally seriously and make every effort to deliver a top notch service experience, a goal which by reading your comments, we fell well short of this time. Since there seems to be several issues in play here Shaun, I'd like to address each as best I can. The pricing and cost - you made mention that some of our pricing is high - in some cases Shaun, I'm inclined to agree with you. We are a flat rate facility and as such, we are regulated by a labor time guide which mandates the labor prices we charge. We do however offer services and qualities that no corner garage can claim, such as factory trained technicians, OEM specific specialty tools, OEM quality parts and the best knowledge of your vehicle in the market place today. We also strive for excellence by offering complimentary shuttle services and other consumer convenience items in an effort to minimize the inconvenience to our clientele. The Clean up - Shaun, please allow me to offer my apologies for a substandard clean. This is unacceptable on our end and my staff knows that I will not accept substandard services of any kind. Shaun, if it were not too much of an inconvenience to you, I would really like the opportunity to get your vehicle back in the shop and have it completed properly and cleaned to an acceptable standard. I will do whatever we can to ensure the quality is where it should have been in the first place. I can only offer you my sincerest apologies and a personal assurance I will do what it takes to make it right. Complimentary or not, my staff is under explicit instructions to ensure that ALL work including detailing, is completed to the highest level the package allows. I'd really appreciate an opportunity to speak with you regarding your visit/issues while you were here Shaun.
