I requested that my car, a Hyundai Santa Fe, be checked for a noise. I was given courteous consultation over the phone and later, when my car was at the shop, I was phoned at work to update me on what was for a noise. The gentleman who spoke with me was kind and considerate and very polite. I was dropped off at work, so that work on my car could commence during work hours, and later, when the car was ready, I was picked up again. There was a good atmosphere all around. More

On January 13/14 i was going to get my mother and when i got in the car and started it the engine light came on so being i had to drive passed the Hyundai dealer i stopped to see if they could check it out. got in the car and started it the engine light came on so being i had to drive passed the Hyundai dealer i stopped to see if they could check it out. They immediately got me in and found the problem and let me know and i told them to fix it for me and about an hour later they came back to me that it was done and ready to go. I had my dog with me and they were very nice to him and even made sure that there was water for him. I never have a problem when i go there and would definitely recommend Guelph Hyundai to anyone i know. They are very friendly and helpful. Thanks guys. More
The only thing I would suggest for improvement: my previous service-centre (Napa Auto closed in Elora) used to give my car a quick wash for FREE when I brought it in for ANY service. Normally I give this dealership a pretty good rating. Most of the people are really quite friendly, but I had a pretty bad experience with my last visit(s). First, when I booked my appointment for an oil Most of the people are really quite friendly, but I had a pretty bad experience with my last visit(s). First, when I booked my appointment for an oil change, I was not informed that my car had other services that needed to be done at that kilometre mark until after the oil change was done. That meant I had to make another appointment and take more time off work (and as it turns out, because my check engine light came on after the service, I now need a third trip to the dealership). Also, according to the inspection sheet from my oil change, all four tires were pumped up to 32 psi. I noticed my tire looked a bit low after leaving and checked the pressure myself; 15 psi. On top of that, my tire cap was not replaced and now my back tire extension tube is seized in place (I don't know if this was Hyundai, or just rust, but if it wasn't them, that means they couldn't have even checked the tire pressure in that tire). Come on Hyundai! I am paying you top dollar to do some pretty basic work. My one experience taking my car to Mr. Lube while away from the area is making me realize that being able to see the mechanics at work has it's advantages, mainly I know they are actually doing the work. If you don't want to actually put air in the tires or do anything else on your checklist, then don't, but don't lie to me about it and then charge me for the 'service'. And while I am here, I've asked to have my address changed 3 times since buying my car 1.5 years ago, and I noticed on my bill this morning, that has not happened. More
Had a very positive experience with Allan. He clearly explained the features of the car, and was patient in obtaining different pricing options for me. As always, it is clear that your employees work on commission by the sales pressure (even after I decided to go forward with the Hyundai, there was pressure in the insurance/warranty additional options...this lowered my "overall experience"). My experience in this area with Allan, once again, was great (hence my customer service/work experience rating of 5). Spending time at other dealerships in the search process, he was comparatively much less aggressive and made the experience more comfortable for me. More
