We returned and worked with Wesley who set us up with more details about the Sonata and had us look at a couple models. he gave us prices and I informed him that I would be checking costcar.can - and reconnect. When I returned to make the offer, Wesley was busy and had said the Sev would look after me until he was ready. I remained waiting in a chair for over 25 mins when Sev then volunteered to meet with me until Wesley was available. The deal was completed by Sev and Wesley remained busy with his other client - he did stay around to say good-bye to me - it was about 6:30 - thirty minutes passed closing time. the car we wanted was found in the colour we wanted - I was informed of this on Tuesday. I am not able to get my car because tires needed to be ordered as well as a block heater. I was informed on Wednesday that the car would not be available until Monday night or Tuesday because orders would not be in until Saturday and so car would get worked on on Monday. My husband and I are surprised that it is taking this long to access materials and mount them on the car. I guess we are just anxious to have our new car...which is a good thing! More
I went for service and when I picked up the car I asked if there was anything to comment about my car. Mr. McLuhan told me "it is a new car, everything is fine" and gave me the invoice and Inspection Check if there was anything to comment about my car. I opened the hood and saw they refilled the coolant reservoir. The oil dipstick showed same color and level as before the service. I don't know what other service/inspection was done. Without any explanation nor a proper checklist, I got the feeling that they only refilled the coolant reservoir and I can do that by myself. My request is to inform the clients about the service provided and also complete the checklist of the items serviced. More

A lot better of an experience than I normally have had. Service was informative and felt truthful. Everything was out in the open and was very quick. ONLY downside was the price because I have to repair something that I have no clue how it became damaged; however, they were completely understandable for all my choices on what I chose to repair and do. It was nice to have support in my decisions. Good job guys! More

I purchased my new car last weekend from Mark McKane. He was very courteous, helpful and I felt treated with with respect. I'm also very excited to drive my new Hyundai, as this will be a new experience for me. I've done my research and I feel that purchasing a Hyundai was a wise choice. Great staff and service. They are friendly and willing to explain in detail what needs to be done. They also have no hesitation pulling in the actual person working on the car to explain what is going on to explain in detail what needs to be done. The onoly criticism I have is that when I brought in my car to switch to winter tires last month I commented that the hub cap for the front right tire was severely damaged and I worried that whatever caused it to crack may have caused extra damage somewhere. They mentioned it to the mechanic (don't remember who he was) who quite honestly smirked and said that it's not a concern but he would check. When I was in this time for a different service, the mechanic doing the oil change discovered that the wheel bearing on the same location (front right) was damaged and needs to be fixed. Although I cannot say for sure that the damage was there when I did the tire switch, the sound that the damage caused has been and I haven't done anything since getting the winter tires that would have caused this damage. This is however the only negative experience. Otherwise the service has always been (and I'm sure will continue) to be great! More
