We takes our customer's needs very seriously and I apologize we failed you in this. There are certain jobs that Hyundai recommends to have done by either time or mileage, however without having the vehicle in the shop it is hard to determine whether your vehicle requires the recommended services. This is why it was not brought to your attention until after the oil change was completed. Upon the inspection you get included with your oil change is when the technician noticed additional serivces were required. We should have communicated better regarding any delay in your appointment time. Our oil changes however, take much longer than 15 minutes because with us, you are not just getting an oil change. Our factory trained technicians are giving your vehicle a full inspection each time, as well as checking and topping up all fluids. We check each light bulb, inside and out to make sure everything is working. We will be sure to communicate better in the future if the appointment is going to take longer than expected.
