Almost Perfect Derek is amazing. If you need immediate assistance or seeking a reliable Hyundai representative, ask for Derek. Just top notch. However, this Hyundai Derek is amazing. If you need immediate assistance or seeking a reliable Hyundai representative, ask for Derek. Just top notch. However, this Hyundai center is almost perfect. Their Service center isn't the greatest. I would say complete opposite of Derek's customer service skills. I always try to stick with the dealership to complete my servicing as they know my vehicle the best, but my most recent and all 3 experiences has started to raise some questions on whether I want to take my vehicle elsewhere. Keep up the great work Derek, and servicing, try to pick up your slack. More

Winter Maintenance & tire change Went in for my normal winter maintenance and tire change and as usual had a great service. So i went in not knowing any of the service advisors but was not disappointed but wish John was still back in the Service department not in the parts department. More
