Prompt, courteous, quality service! I recently brought my 2013 Hyundai Sonata in for regularly scheduled maintenance and to have some warranty work completed. My car was taken in on time, and I received my car back ahead of the scheduled time. Well done - They Listen to me. I have purchased 2 cars from this Dealership and have had my car serviced here for over 6 years. Staff is always courteous and friendly. During my l I have purchased 2 cars from this Dealership and have had my car serviced here for over 6 years. Staff is always courteous and friendly. During my last visit I was upset by the fact that they requested I prepay for an ordered accessory to be installed on my vehicle. I attended their office somewhat upset to pay for the part and advised them of my concern. They explained that due to ordered parts not being picked up, they had to initiate this policy. I said that I understood that; but consideration should have been given to my tenure as a client and the fact that I had made an appointment for servicing and installing the part. They mentioned that they were continually going through changes due to the move to this newer and bigger location and would bring my suggestion to the attention of management and a revision to policy would probably be made. I left the dealership happy and will continue to deal with this dealership. More

This is my second vehicle purchase at this now newly moved and renovated dealership. The experience went from comfortable to "family" . The Manager Marty came out to greet us and had us speak to Colin his sales associate. Before Colin came over to us Marty spoke so well of him that I could not think anything other than the workplace respect was genuine. This is an important factor as I knew that I would be treated the same way. What can I say, Marty was right. Colin was patient, kind and never strayed from finding out what I really wanted (even when I changed my mind a few times). As a car purchase can be intimidating to say the least, both Colin, Marty and all the other sales associates, reception and service work hard to make sure the customer comes first. This now brings me to Rhys, the financial wizard who did so much to wrap this deal up and make it work for my family. Thank you again. More
John is on your side Recently had quite a lot of repair to my Sante Fe. As usual John is excellent with his customer service skills. My only negative response.....I think after spending $1300, Hyundai should wash your car. No reflection on John, as I know he tried to arrange this and I realize service can be busy, but perhaps a car wash person should be available. I have always felt this added service was a special touch when picking up my car. It showed Hyundai went beyond what most dealerships offer! :). Certainly a Hyundai supporter! More

When I told Donny I was unhappy about the $24.00 cost, he took it off the bill which was over $1500.00. A car was would have been a good gesture. More
