Shuttle Service The service at the garage was efficient. The complaint I have is about the shuttle service. I understand that it is busy at the end of the day, howe The service at the garage was efficient. The complaint I have is about the shuttle service. I understand that it is busy at the end of the day, however, with that knowledge, there should be more drivers available. I was driven around for 45 minutes, waiting for other people to be picked up before finally getting to the garage to pay my bill and pick up my car. After spending over $700 for my car, I think a better shuttle service is the least Hyundai could do for their regular paying customers. More

Quick Action for Safety One of our tires had a nail sticking in it. We called Hyundai service dept and were told this could be a dangerous situation and to bring the car in One of our tires had a nail sticking in it. We called Hyundai service dept and were told this could be a dangerous situation and to bring the car in right away. As it turned out the nail did not puncture the tire and we were on our way shortly after. The service dept. was genuinely concerned and acted quickly and efficiently. Thanks again.y More
