There were a great many cars being serviced that day but my service was started and completed on time. Cost was very reasonable and the care was excellent. The lounge area is comfortable and is supplied with ample coffee and treats such as cookies, nutrition bars, etc. The wide screen TV is excellent and the free wifi makes surfing or answering emails while waiting easy. Once the car service is completed I was approached and called back to the service area. After settling the bill I simple got into my car where the keys were in the ignition waiting for me and drove away. Great overall experience. Go Hyundai! Greg J Gibbens More

The Hyundais have been excellent, reliable vehicles and that's why we have 3 in our lane at home, and sometimes 7 when the other immediate family are here visiting. The new facility is very well organized with a waiting room next to a car service with the possibility of monitoring the car through the entire process from pleasant atmosphere with refreshments, television and free Internet. Despite such a nice surroundings overall impression is further complemented by the fact that the service was completed in 20 minutes. Thank you. More

It didn't take long at all to complete the necessary software update. A few weeks later I returned for another scheduled visit to inspect the noise coming from the front suspension. It was determined that the defective parts were under warranty which was great news! It was replaced the same day and resolved the front suspension issue. The complimentary shuttle service was offered not long after I dropped off the car. The driver was very friendly and knows his way around Guelph well. Over all my I'm very happy with the service Hyundai had provided. Great Team! More
Service recall and rust check review Our Elantra Touring needed a check for the steering column recall. There are also 2 rust spots now appearing on the surface of the hatch door. I had purchased the rust protection packag, have had the modem checked by a certified mechanic and wanted to get ahead of this problem before they could morph into bigger issues. I was directed to the lounge and delighted to have access to the complimentary computers. I sent messages and firmed up on my morning appointments. The service check was efficient and reassuring. The rust check issue is unresolved. Apparently the rust has to have made a hole to be significant. Don and I chatted about that being the sure outcome unless we tend to it now. He is to get back to me regarding the 2 rust spots. I was on my way to work in good time. Thank you. More

From a Service visit to a new car sale in three days !! Well , this guy knows how to win a guy over , and to make a long story readable , two days later he's not only made me a believer , much more important , he made my wife a very happy women with the new wheels that he sold me on !! She's elated with the whole package , colour , interior , ride , radio ,sunroof etc . I have to say , Scott is a super salesman , very personable and with a good sense of humour .
