Terrible service . 2 hour scheduled maintenance took 3 1/2. I was not once informed that there was going to be a delay, just left sitting there. The folks behind the counter and in the shop at the service department are "second to none"! Rarely am I ever kept waiting longer than expected for my vehicle to be finished a service visit. Oil-changes are definitely quick, and I'm always driving away confident and with peace-of-mind that all will run fine through to the next service visit. Keep up the great work, guys! More
