service department I have always been so impressed with the service department, but this past week, I was kinda annoyed. I brought my car in for service #1, oil change a I have always been so impressed with the service department, but this past week, I was kinda annoyed. I brought my car in for service #1, oil change and I could feel some vibration and hear rubbing when braking so asked them to check that as well. She did tell me that if they find nothing there would be a $55 charge to check the brakes. I didn't think much of that until they did find nothing and I was charged $55 for a few minutes they did to check the brakes. At the service garage we used before they never would have charged that much for a quick check of the brakes. I was not impressed, but paid the bill as she had told me about the charge before and I had signed the paper. More
