First Service on 2015 Elantra GLS Hard to know what to think of the service department at this point since it's my personal first service ever being a new Hyundai customer. I have had Hard to know what to think of the service department at this point since it's my personal first service ever being a new Hyundai customer. I have had an issue since the car was new 3 months ago with a trunk that opens intermittently. I will come out in the morning and my trunk will be open or walk out after my shift at work and it will be open. This has happened somewhere between 15 and 20 times in the three months before my service, and the best solution they could offer up was to put a piece of tape over the trunk button on the remote. I was also told this isn't the first case they have heard of and that others were also told the same thing. Sorry but after paying the price I did for a new GLS fixing a problem with tape seems a bit, .... less than complete as a service department obligation. How do you ever even leave valuables in a trunk you can't trust completely to stay closed? Also after my service I noticed they some how got oil drops on my windshield. I thought it was just water until I turned on my wipers on the way home and it smeared rather than clearing off. Today I'll go out with soap and water and clean it myself, while wondering how do you even get several drops of oil on a windshield during a service? More

Very Poor Services , Lack of Labour, Small Facility, No Part The Lady at telephone desk books an appointment after 40 days (unavailability of appointments due to small service facility and lack of man power ) The Lady at telephone desk books an appointment after 40 days (unavailability of appointments due to small service facility and lack of man power ) When you go there at appointment date and time , Associate telling you that there is no appointment. booked Than they will call you back again at some other time . Always , 1 week time frame from calling for appointment to service is a industry standard but this dealership does not seems to believe it. They have safety recalls for 2011 Sonata but they do not have parts for it. More
