Right from the initial contact over the phone and through email, we were advised of the car's condition (no surprises) and the promise of making sure the car would be mechanically inspected (125 point inspection including brakes, alignment, balancing) before picking it up, since we were travelling 4 hours to get the vehicle. The whole experience in picking up the vehicle, and finalizing the paperwork, went seamless, and was completed efficiently and professionally, all while maintaining safe protocols for Covid 19. When we arrived at the Dealership, the vehicle was exactly as described, it was immaculate. We could not get over how clean the vehicle was inside and out. Driving the car exceeded our expectations, it drives like a dream.
