We had set a date to pick up our car, but on Gorrud's end, there was a mistake made and that date was pushed back. Because there was an issue on their end, I think there was an opportunity for them to go above and beyond in terms of customer service to rectify that mistake (fill the gas tank fully, or paint over the little chips on the car, etc), but it was an opportunity missed. While that minor setback was disappointing, it does not outweigh the great service and time that was offered. More
