After researching used car dealers, it seemed to me that Gorrud's was worthwhile to choose as a place to make a purchase. On a Saturday I drove the 30 minutes to get to Milton so I could have a look at th Gorrud's was worthwhile to choose as a place to make a purchase. On a Saturday I drove the 30 minutes to get to Milton so I could have a look at the vehicle I was interested in. I found it to be in the described condition and took it for a test drive. All seemed well and I decided to purchase the vehicle. The following Tuesday I drove to pick up the car as agreed. The process took so long that I was there until well after closing - they were disorganized and unprepared. Because of how late it was when finally everything was complete, I took delivery of the vehicle in the dark. Much to my disappointment I found damage on the vehicle that had not been there when I test drove it and made the decision to purchase, 3 days earlier. When I brought it yo the attention of Andrew Gorman, he made arrangements to pick the car up from my workplace and drive it to Milton to inspect it. Andrew's decision was that it was exisiting damage (his evidence being one of the photographs used as advertisement on the website. The photo had to be zoomed in so far that it was impossible to distinguish the shaded area he identified as damage from a shadow). The vehicle was returned to me with 1/4 tank of fuel used by them! I tried next asking for help from UCDA (Used Car Dealers Association) but got nowhere with themeither as they took his word. Having the UCDA as a mediator for car buyers is like having the NHL as mediators for players. And so, here I am with a vehicle that was damaged while in the dealer's care and ownership and they refuse to make it right, instead spouting on about their reputation. Add to this that they gave me $300 for my trade and swore it would go immediately to the wreckers for scrap as it was in no way roadworthy. Next thing I know it is advertised on their site for umpteen times that amount!!! My advice: Buyer Beware (of Gorrud's) More

I bought my 2006 Nissan Frontier from Gorruds almost 5 years ago. Although I havent had cause to do much maintenance on this vehicle the few times that I did I have found Jason and Mallory to be extremely years ago. Although I havent had cause to do much maintenance on this vehicle the few times that I did I have found Jason and Mallory to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I send my wifes vehicle there for regular maintenance now as well. Recently my wife was involved in a minor collision and while driving to Gorruds her vehicle engine light came on.She was already upset over the collision but once the engine light came on her anxiety increased. A quick call to Gorruds and Mallory had a tow truck at the scene and a ride home for my wife. When I came home my wife told me how she felt Gorruds and Mallory had taken care of her. The minor colllision turned into a major repair on our vehicle and we had to have a new engine installed which was done by Gorruds. When we take our vehicles to Gorruds we always feel sure that the repair or service will be done correctly and at the price quoted. Simply put we trust our cars to Gorruds. More

We were looking for a used/new van. Eric was really resourceful, he basically know the different between different years and models of all the vans we inquired about. ( not even the other dealership ca resourceful, he basically know the different between different years and models of all the vans we inquired about. ( not even the other dealership can tell me the different in such details.) He helped us make the best decision. Gurrud's got really good price on the used car (that was the original reason that draw us there) and the owner own the Toyota and Nissan dealership. Very good price on the new one on the dealership too. It gives us the choice. And I also like the 30 days(or 60?) satisfactory guarantee, and some point club that can go toward buying next car. Lots of little extra. I bought many cars in my life, this is the best experience ever. More
